Melton Grove Baptist Church began over 120 plus years ago with a trustworthy, spirit filled group of men and women worshiping God in a small house. The church has grown immensely over the past few decades serving and providing transformative ministry to hundreds of families in the Northeastern, NC & Hampton Roads areas and beyond.  

The Melton Grove Baptist Church is located in Northeastern, NC. While the church is Baptist in denomination, it is not a traditional Baptist Church in worship style and ministry offerings.  The Church holds to the Baptist organizational structure and beliefs as those structures are in line with the Holy Bible. The structure of the church is congregational, which emphasizes the priesthood of all believers. Melton Grove is a church where you can grow spiritually, as an individual or with family and friends. It is a church where you will find freedom of worship and experience the presence of God. The Church welcomes all ages and ethnicities.  

The purpose of Melton Grove Baptist Church is to deliver the powerful transforming ministry of Jesus Christ. The mission of the Melton Grove Baptist Church is to make disciples, minister and empower by demonstrating the love of Jesus Christ to families throughout Northeastern, NC, the Hampton Roads area and beyond.
